How do I update my payment method after placing an order?Updated 6 months ago
Once an order is placed, the payment method cannot be changed directly. A member of our Customer Care Team will need to manually process this request. They will cancel your existing order so you can place a new one with your preferred payment method.
To make this process smoother, please contact us as soon as possible to avoid your order being shipped with the wrong payment method. It's much easier to update the payment before the order is dispatched.
