How Do I Return My Product(s)
Start your return through our self-service portal and follow the steps. You’ll receive the label and drop-off instructions before you hand over your parcel.
Note: There is a $15 shipping label fee per order.
Store Purchases
If you bought in a ROADKIT store, please return or exchange in person at the store, following the store’s return policy. Bring your receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund process
- After your return arrives at our warehouse and passes inspection, we’ll issue your refund.
- Store credit (ROADKIT e-gift card) is sent via email shortly after approval.
- Refunds to the original payment method can take up to 14 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Note: Shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable unless required by law or if we made an error.
Restrictions & exceptions
- Personalized / custom items: returnable only if there’s a manufacturing defect.
- Limited-release / exclusive items: may have a shorter return window (often 14 days) or be final sale; check the product page.
- Nutrition & consumables: must be unopened and within the best-before date.
- Helmets and protective gear: must be unused, with all stickers/liners attached.
- Kits / bundles: return the entire set.
- Gift returns: eligible for store credit to the gift recipient.
Exchanges
Fastest method: place a new order for the item you want and return the original for a refund. In-store exchanges can be done at a ROADKIT store (subject to stock).
