Although we don't offer an online exchange process for shipped products, we’ve outlined some steps to make it as easy as possible:
How to initiate an Return:
- Submit a return request: Complete our online return form for the item you'd like to exchange.
- Place a new order: Once the return is approved, you'll need to place a new order for the item you want instead.
- Return the original item: Send back the item you no longer want. Once we receive it, we'll process your refund to the original payment method.
Special cases:
If your original order was part of a promotion or you have a unique situation, please contact us directly. We'll ensure your replacement item matches the original purchase price.
In-store exchanges (if applicable):
If you're near one of our store locations, bring the item in and our staff will assist with the exchange, subject to inventory availability and our return policy.
